Tasman Row 2009

Whilst rowing the Atlantic Ocean Olly had come up with the idea of rowing around the bottom of the world – a feat which remains undone – and considered as one of the last great firsts. After 96 days at sea Olly suspended the row in New Zealand due to problems with the boat design.  The project succeeded in making the first row of the Tasman Sea from Tasmania to New Zealand – but the overarching goal to row around the world remains.
